Mięta: I started taking pictures of people during the photography course I took together with Balmas and Maria. It was one of the assignments but it quickly turned out that I really enjoy the quick-term relation and a conversation I have with a subject while taking photos of them (I take mostly pictures of strangers). The first test was my trip to Sicily where I really enjoyed how open people were. They posed for the pictures, smiled, shared stories about their lives. It was definitely different from taking such photos in Poland.

Balmas: Whereas I always said that I don’t take hotos of people. I prefer landscapes as they don’t have an opinion. However, while taking a look at my archives, I found out I was wrong all along. I actually take quite a lot of pictures of people. Recently even more so. Well, maybe everyione will eventually get tired of landscapes, however beautiful they might be.
